The City of Albany, NY Office of Cultural Affairs plans, produces and co-sponsors an array of fairs, festivals, and concerts promoting art, entertainment and cultural interest for all ages throughout the year.
The Tulip Festival is Albany’s signature spring event. Featuring annual traditions rooted in the city’s rich Dutch heritage, nearly one hundred artisans selling their handmade crafts, a fine arts show, delicious food, the KidZone family fun destination, two stages of world-class live entertainment and more than 140,000 tulips in 150 different varieties!
This year we are celebrating the Annual Tulip Ball presented by Citizens and we’re thrilled to announce that it is scheduled to be an in-person event on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at the Kenmore Ballroom.
Join us for Movies Under the Stars! Every Friday from May 27 - July 1. Family activities and music will begin at 7:30 pm. Movie begins at 8:30 pm. Bring a blanket or lawn chairs and get there early to get a great spot!
